When a couple plans for their wedding, a complete budget should be prepared  with an allotted amount for each undertaking together with a corresponding checklist. Another thing that a couple should consider in preparing a budget for their wedding is to start first with the small things like wedding favors before they go to the major items. The reasoning here is there is no way they can overlook the big things but there is almost always a good chance that they can overlook the small ones.   

Even if you are preparing for a tight budget wedding it is still a must for you to prioritize those small items first. You can always go for DIY wedding favors where your budget will only concern those materials that you or your friends will be using to make your wedding favors. When you do your budget for a tight budget wedding, remember first those personalized things that you have to prepare like the printing of ribbons or printing of cards to be attached on your DIY wedding favors.

And since you will be doing your wedding favors yourself with the help of your friends or relatives, after you have already printed your personalized message on ribbons or cards, it would be better if you can devote some of your time to personally attached them to your wedding favors and have them ready for you wedding. This will assure that you will have no more problems with regards to your wedding favors since they are all set for distribution to your guests.  

Whether you are preparing for a big budget or small budget wedding, it is always a must that preparations should be made early. Time factor should always be considered since even if you have the necessary budget prepared for an items but the time needed to do it is not available, then it will always result to a problem you have to contend with.

Therefore, when your time comes to get married, you can assure yourself that your wedding favors will not be a problem so long as you have the budget and the time on your side.
